New Rescue: Hopeless

Got him from a bad tank where he had been kept with another male and coldwater fish. First few days looked bad but with a little tlc he is very spunky and active. I think he is a crowntail but im not sure. Right now the only treatment he is getting is a little aquarium salt in his water for the gash wounds on the sides of his body.

Unexpected spawn

Well the decoy female got out to here is Huckleberry spawning with a little doubletail. Its his first spawn we will see how he does. So far he seems like he is keeping the eggs well no idea what is going to come out of this spawn. Here is the link to the video.
